ACCELERATOR MASTER BATCH R 100


R100 is an accelerator blend recommended for EPDM rubber to give very high tensile strength as compared to the

conventional curing system used. It is also found to be very cost effective and has no detrimental effect on hot air

ageing. Maximum phr recommended is 4.0

Mixing Cycle:

All the above rubber accelerator blends should be mixed at the last stage of mixing. It is preferred the master

batch is matured for 24 hrs before adding these accelerators. Whenever applicable, sulphur can be immediately

added after that. No special care is needed to mix these Accelerators.

• Molded Goods

• Gasket

• Transfer Molded Products ETC…
